starving.for.sleep.
I’m way too busy to write this right now, but I feel as though I have to share this with you.
Last night I dozed off on the couch to Seinfeld (this is pretty standard) and woke up shortly after to head to bed. Tim had fallen asleep in our bed fully clothed with the lights on, so I went over to turn off the lamp beside the bed and climb in with him, and just as I reached to turn it off, it started.
First there was some unrecognizable gibberish, some blanket tugging and rearranging, muttering (still indistinguishable), and then it turned to blanket wrestling and loud grumbling…still no words though. I waited, trying to decide if I should wake him up from what appeared to be a nightmare or wait it out b/c it had the potential to be hysterically funny. A lash to the left, back to the right, blankets flying around and then something I hadn’t seen before.
On his back, lying totally flat, he suddenly straightened his legs and then lifted them straight up into the air, creating a perfect V. Like the image below, except he was lying on his back.

And then, just as suddenly as he had lifted them up, he threw his legs back down onto the bed, became perfectly still and then shouted,
“I’M STARVING!!”
I love him.

That is hilarious. Glad you took the time to share.
You really need to start taping these!
