30.30.15.day.six.
Almost a week in and things are looking good. Exercise goes in one of two cycles for me. The first is the bad cycle where I start to work out less, then my energy gets lower, then I’m too tired to work out, which makes me feel more tired, and so on and so forth.
The other is where I exercise a lot and my energy goes through the roof, making me want to work out more and making me crave healthy foods. That’s how I’m feeling now, and it’s great…and I”m only 6 days in! 2 more weeks and the habit has been formed!! Join me!
Today’s report (so far):
- 50 minute spin class, not as intense as yesterday, 400 calories burned.
Maybe more tonight??
