30.30.15.day.three.

Ok, it’s only 11:28, so I may have to come back to edit this tonight, but here’s today so far (and I’m pretty proud of myself):

  • 50 Squats
  • 50 Crunches
  • 19.11 mile bike ride around the area (1:20 minutes, 866 Calories burned!)
