Ok, here’s my first report:
- 45 minute brisk walk this morning, although I had flip flops on and couldn’t really push it too hard. I did, however, get myself a nice blister, so that’s gotta count for something.
- 45 minutes of tennis with the husband, worked up a nice sweat.
Not bad for the first day. Now I just have to keep it up…
