30.30.15.
Accountability starts today. Yes, I posted a blog about it and then slacked for a few days…what can I say, I’m a procrastinator.
I’m calling this 30.30.15. That’s 30 days straight of a minimum 30 minutes of exercise and hopefully 15 lbs off of this belly. For those of you who are workout buffs, yes I understand the value of a day off, but I didn’t say 30 days of rigorous exercise. If I’m feeling beat, a 30 minute walk counts.
If I can do this for just 30 days, then some darn good habits will be formed. I will report to you, my faithful readers, on a daily basis to let you know how I’m doing.
